PostNord - Introduction
Add and install the plugin
Go to WordPress → Plugins → Add New
Click Upload Plugin and then browse to the plugin zip-file on your computer.
Install and activate the plugin
Plugin settings
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → PostNord Shipping
- License key - Enter the license key that you received from us when you purchased the plugin.
- Deactivate this license - Tick this box to deactivate the license from this domain
- PostNord Customer Number - Enter your PostNord Customer Number
- Testmode - Flags all shipments as test shipments
- PostNord Zone - Enter your your contract area
- PostNord Label Papersize - Enter the size of your labels
- Auto book shipment on Order Status - Set an order status if you want the shipping to be booked automatically.
- PostNord Parcels - Enter if you want parcels per order or per item.
- Add Customer note when shipment is booked - Tick this box if you want an email to be sent to the customer when shipping is booked
- Tracking information text - In this setting you can change the text in the email.
- PostNord Parcel Contents - Enter a description of the goods, for example "clothingstore.se - Clothes"
- Debug log - This logs actions sent to PostNord, and we always recommend that you have this enabled. Logs are found via WooCommerce → Status → Logs
Enter details for Sender and Return Party
Sender
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → PostNord Shipping → Sender
All information needs to be filled in, but VOEC and Eori can be left blank if you do not want to generate customs documents.

Return Party
Return part needs to be filled in if you have a PostNord International agreement
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → PostNord Shipping → Return party

Shipping Method Settings
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones
- Click on the zone you want to edit
- Select the shipping method you want to connect to PostNord, click edit
- You should now see a list on PostNord settings for the selected method
PostNord Shipping Options
- PostNord Service - The service that should be used when syncing shipment to PostNord
- PostNord ServicePoints - If this is checked a dropdown for servicepoints will be displayed
- PostNord ServicePoints Type - Choose witch type of servicepoint that will be displayed
- PostNord Package Code - Enter parcel type (standard Parcel)
- Shipment type - Set the specific shipping type
PostNord Addons
- Addon-on Service - SMS Notification - This is an old setting that should no longer be used.
- Addon-on Service - Email Notification - This is an old setting that should no longer be used.
Generate customs documents
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones
- Click on the zone you want to edit
- Select the Postnord shipping method you want to generate customs documents, click edit
- Scroll down to PostNord Customs
- PostNord Import/Export Type - Set the import/export type
- Create a Customs Invoice - Check to activate Customs Invoice
- Customs Invoice type - Set the invoice type
- Terms of Sale - Set the terms on the invoice
- Create a CN22 - Check to create a CN22
- Create a CN23 - Check to create a CN23
Settings on each product to generate customs documents
Go to WordPress → Products
- Click the product you want to edit
- Scroll down to Product data → Shipping
PostNord Tariff Code - Enter the hs tariff code that applies to your product
PostNord Tariff Description - Enter a description of the product shown on the CN22 label, it should then be addressed to the customs staff
PostNord Source Country - Enter the country of origin of the product, ie where it is manufactured

Other functions
Send return QR code to customer
- Go to WooCommerce → Orders
- Click on the order you want to send the return QR code to
- Go to the “Order Actions” box
- Select “send QR code to customer”
